TOTAL SATISFACTION! My wife and I were in the market for a smaller second car to replace her 2004 Vibe and we started our search on the net, reviewing, pricing and searching the market. We gathered a few brochures, including a couple from the Milton Kia dealership. This is when we met Juan Carlos and his manager Victor and our first impressions were very positive. These gentlemen were respectful, attentive and genuinely helpful. No pressure, just a smile and a desire to be helpful. In the end, we purchased a Kia Soul at a very good price. I had done my homework and JC and Victor met my price without hesitation. I was impressed, not only with their approach, but with the car I purchased, the 5 year warranty, the 5 year road assistance plan, the free oil changes from Milton Kia for 5 years, the 0% financing and no payments for three months. Additionally, Juan Carlos presented us with a TomTom GPS, a gift from Milton Kia. The whole experience was stress free, unlike some of my earlier purchases. Thanks again JC, Victor and Jean. Went there today to get my brakes done n Oil change for my 2019 Dodge Ram 2500 cummings diesel. Rod n his crew were great .From the phone call to book the appointment to the actual repair everyone did a great job. The mechanics guide that said it takes 3 hours to do the job he only charged me for 2 cause that all it took him. He was $250.00 cheaper the the Dodge dealership for the same oil change. Thanks Rod n your employees, I will be back.
