This is such an amazing gym! The instructors for group exercise classes are top of the line. I enjoy their Zumba classes and yoga classes. The studio is super spacious! This place has it all! The trainer, Mitch Walls, is very knowledgeable and he know exactly what I need to shed some pounds and gain muscles. He also provided me with dietary guidelines to maintain weight loss. I have to say that within 1 to 1/2 month my love handle is getting tighter.
