The nachos are to die for, and I don't even like nachos very much.
The menu was severely limited due to the incredible business that is Pride Week, and I was at a stretch finding something vegetarian and to my liking. After being told that they were accepting no substitutions (understandably, but I just wanted no mayo and onion on the veggie burger), I went with my second choice, the curry. I wasn't expecting much, but it succeeded my expectations. Not fantastic and it needed more than a sprinkle of salt, but pleasant nonetheless. Co-diners raved about their nachos and pulled pork.
Service was a bit scattered due to business, but were very friendly. When a beer was brought to our table that wasn't ordered -- but welcomed! -- he let us have it on the house. Blanche de Chambly on tap, fantastic!

We both ordered Tempura Udon. The food was no doubt one of the best in Toronto with regards to quality and quantity. Server was okay and service was good. However the other guy behind the counter was snobbish. My friend called for the bill and signalled the guy. The guy just looked at my friend for a few seconds not showing any acknowledgement or emotion which made us think this was something. He just moved away from the counter and continued doing what he was doing. Our server came with the bill shortly and I asked if her colleague understood my friend. We then realized that the guy did understand my friend's request for the bill but he did not show a bit of reaction or acknowledgement. I consider that disrespectful. A little thing. We sat on the long sofa. It was comfortable but due to the depth of the sofa it was hard to sit down and get up considering it took so much space under the table.

Before getting my teeth whitened professionally, I had tried doing it at home with whitening toothpaste or special kits. My experience at Rosedale Family Dental Clinic was outstanding from the time I arrived to the time I left. From the moment I first walked into the office I was amazed by how warm and inviting the office space was. It did not have the cold, sterile environment I had experienced at other dental offices. I knew right away that this was not going to be a typical dental appointment. I instantly felt comfortable and at ease.
Rosedale Family Dental Care is definitely my new choice for all of my future dental procedures. The overall feel of the office was nice and inviting. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to answer my questions. Dr. Archer was professional and very friendly.
