Find out more by viewing our past, present and future sections below.HistoryTeledisc Systems started as a computer service bureau when the cost (and size) of a computer system was far to great for the average business. Gerry Glatz the consummate entrepreneur saw the growing need for businesses to automate repetitive tasks. By 'renting' time on one of Winnipeg's mainframe computers Teledisc Systems started creating computer programs that could produce monthly financial reports, statements, and invoices for business.TodayOur original logo (shown above left) used the pixilated symbol that has become synonymous with the digital era. We are launching our new company logos (Dataways, A&W) with a unified theme based around the symbol that provided our start and has evolved along with us.Teledisc Systems established itself through the mainframe, mini, and personal computer eras to emerge in today's networked 'one size does NOT fit all' environment.

Yellowquill College was founded by the Dakota Ojibway Tribal Council in 1984 as a physical manifestation of the belief of “Indian Control of Indian Education”. Those visionary leaders saw that a better future was possible through a First Nation-owned and operated post-secondary institute. On October 1, 1984, the College opened in the newly renovated residential school on Crescent Road West in Portage la Prairie on 45 acres of Long Plain First Nation Land. The opening of a First Nation college provided an alternative for aboriginal adults wanting to pursue their educational goals.
