Dr. Maru is excellent! My first visit he automatically took the time to go over my x-rays and dental history with me. I came back to have some scarring left over from my wisdom teeth removed, I was in and out in 15 minutes, AND he called the next day to check up on me - not a receptionist, him. The level of care provided at Surrey Place Dental Group at Central City Shopping Mall is excellent! I am a very happy patient. I highly recommend for everyone here, especially Dr. Maru.

I have always enjoyed building and creating. Math, art, and anything “hands-on” have always been my strongest subjects so it’s no surprise I ended up in a trade. I’ve been training my whole life for this. I have worked within the industry as an apprentice, journeyman and foreman since 1995. In April 2010, I started STP Woodworking. I am building from the ground up a reputation based on a high standard of quality and reliability.

All the equipment to provide custom foot orthotics is brought on and off site. Our digital scanner captures the non-weightbearing neutral position of the foot, in the same way a casting does. Every aspect of the process is computerized, thus paperless. This provides convenience and ease for clinics that would like to have a podiatric specialist assessing patients and providing orthotics. It is also possible to go directly to the patient's home or workplace. Dr. Sue Turner is owner/operator of the company. She has provided podiatric medical care in the Vancouver community for 21 years and specializes in biomechanics and making custom foot orthotics.
