I brought 3 different shoes in for repair on a Sunday. (yes, they are open on Sunday!) One was a sandal with broken strap, another was a leather bootie with a scrape in the toe and the third was a brand new leather bootie (never worn) that showed some flaking of the color on side. I was told he was very busy so it may be more than a week. I got a call in 3 days and I was very impressed with the work! He also repaired a tear in the bootie I forgot about and all 3 repairs cost only $21!

Photo Central has been serving Winnipeg's photographers since 1975, when Dick Toews took over management of what was then Independent Photo Centre. In 1991 the name was changed to Photo Central Inc when Dick took over full ownership.
