Just got my car back from the shop and an very pleased with the job they did on the front end of my Suzuki. Took a little longer than I would have liked but he was able to source all the parts needed which is hard to the given the fact they havent sold any Suzukis in Canada for 7 years. Paint job was excellent and matched perfectly. Panels lined up as new.

Howard and Jason are so helpful. I can’t get packages at our address and so they go there. People expect them to deliver them but they are only a pickup point and that in itself is SO HELPFUL for me and my family. We needed some help with fixing a problem last summer and where we bought it from was no help at all. The staff at North West had the parts and gave us all the information we needed to get the problem solved. They even took apart a showroom unit to show us some things to help us understand. We felt like we were the only customer they had ...... but the store was very busy. Great group!
