In 1967 Mill Creek Camp came to be. A group of people from our churches in Pincher Creek and Lethbridge came to the Castle Mountain Wilderness Area in search of land to put a BUWC (Baptist Union of Western Canada) Camp on. The land that we are now on was founded by Dave Delong and agreed on by all members. The first camp ever run was a family camp where the weather was so wet they were forced to go into church in Pincher Creek to finish the camping there. Since then, this camp has impacted many people over its four decades of operating. Buildings have been built, programs have been added, and the camp has continued to be a place that people cherish. It is an excellent natural resource that is used to reach people with the gospel and is a place to hear God's voice in your life.
