Competitive prices. Safe location. Gate always locks. Cameras. Solar on the roof for a green footprint. Dan is good to work with. If there is anything to say that needs adjustment is the lot needs releveling (potholes) due to settling gravel. The beach area does that. Im sure they will get that done after the winter
