I purchased a 2014 120th anniversary Les Paul Jr. from LA Music. The guitar arrived in timely fashion and as advertised it is in mint condition. As I am in the U.S., I thought I would have to pay excise tax, but I didn't.

I cannot say enough abou Art In Hair Starting with the friendly person who booked my appointment to the amazing haircut and colour by Patty. Patty fixed the terrible haircut I had from the previous place I had been before and she matched my colour perfectly. I absolutely love this salon. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I used to order from this place all the time, but recently they've been messing up my orders and charging me extra every single time now. When I call them about it they're fine with delivering what they originally didn't send me but the past 4 times I have ordered from this location they've left out numerous things that I've ordered. I just ordered their vindaloo curry dinner, 2 vegetable samosa and 2 pops. All I got was curry, no rice, no samosa and no pop and I was still charged full price for everything. I called them and I'm currently awaiting the rest of my order but I'm definitely not ordering from them anymore. It's just becoming way too much of a hassle.

I called today (Saturday) at 11:00 am to ask if I could bring my car in as my back tire was low. They told me to come in at 11:30. I did that and my tire had a nail in it and they repaired it. I was gone by 12:00. I was thoroughly impressed by the politeness of the staff. I will definitely go there again. Too bad the business name doesn't indicate they do more than just tires. I would have gone there for oil changes, too. Excellent experience and I have already recommended them.

I have always found the staff here very friendly. Today I was helped by Barb, who is a superstar. She showed true empathy by walking me through what my options were with a friendly attitude. In a time when we cant rely on Canada Post, having staff like her at other shipping companies exposes their value to a critical point.
