Brady was for a long time Daves right hand and I have used him and appears he is keeping that spirit alive.. its a small shop so timewise its slower...but staffwise they are amazing! Twice I have engaged this plumbing service: once to change taps and more recently. to to assist in bathroom and kitchen renovations. They were efficient, professional and demonstrated efficiency, especially during the kitchen renovation as counter company schedules can change on short notice. Ned cut a granite top for our vanity. He did a beautiful job and very quickly. Our summer tires were stolen out of one of their storage bins – my husband wasn't informed until AFTER he had waited in the service waiting room for over an hour. We live in downtown Ottawa so driving out there is a bit out of our way. They called us at 8AM the next day to say they found new tires for us, and then accommodated my husband right away when he drove out there for 11AM. The tires were installed, our winter tires stored, and they waived all of the fees, so it didn't cost us anything.
