My New Lenovo screen went to black and was loudly beeping every few seconds- I couldn't shut it down nor quiet the unit. Took it immediately to A Laptop, and received immediate attention with early prognosis being the motherboard. Expecting a huge invoice, they found that the unit had a recall notice and immediately fixed the motherboard at no cost. Incredible attention, honest and receptive to quick turnaround. We stayed 2 nights - the room was very clean, the inclusive breakfast was excellent. The staff was gracious and went beyond what we expected to make our stay comfortable and make us feel welcome. The price was well below the other 3 hotels on that strip. I was impressed.
