I have use Pat Anderson insurance for years and they have always provided excellent service and clear information about my auto insurance. Their hours mean that sometimes I have had to go to the mall when I need to renew late at night because I forgot, but I always go back here during business hours when I have the chance.
I'm currently switching my insurance to a new vehicle and called them to ask for advice and they were very helpful over the phone.

This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

I had to unexpectedly put my 21 year old cat down last week….I showed up at the clinic bright and early, heart broken and without an appointment, to see if they could take care of this for me. The people I met at the clinic were simply amazing. They made sure I was taking care of during this difficult time and they took care of my cat with the most delicate and respectful way.
I would definitely recommend the clinic for all animal lovers – the staff was truly outstanding.
