The staff are fantastic - they care about the individual development and care of your dog, and provide you with feedback about how they are doing , and ways you can improve your 'at-home' training. They monitor the dogs and make sure that they are socially interacting and that they are comfortable with each other. Booking with Karen was easy. She listened to what we wanted and found us the best deal out there. This was our first time in Mexico. We stayed at Sandos Caracol in Playa del Carmen, the resort was nice, food selection was great, lots of ala carte. The animals were fun to see and learn about. Beach and pool was nice. We enjoyed our time. Next time we book itll be somewhere with more pools and less walking and we fully trust Karen to help us book our next trip where ever that will be.
