I called Jason (owner of shop) about a few concerns I had with my car. He was able to accommodate me the next day, and had my parts ordered and car serviced right after inspection. I didn't have to wait long and my car handled like new when I left. He definitely has his customer's best interest at heart. Mechanics like Jason are really hard to come by. I went in on a whim looking for winter tires. Anne at the front (and Brian) spent a lot of time explaining the options available for some rims I had at home as well as the ones on the car. in order to try and save me some fees. They were happy to help, even though I made it known I just wanted a quote. Definitely worth going back for actual maintenance, excellent customer service.
