In Person Pickups All appliance pick ups are facilitated through Trail's Annacis Warehouse adjacent to the Clearance Centre. Customer pickup entrance is at door 6. Once your goods have left our facility, Trail will not accept any claims of damage. Please note that in order to protect your purchase, proper photo ID will be required on all pickups. Strut Orthotics provides an integrated approach to assessing and diagnosing foot and lower extremity pain and problems. All orthotics are prescribed, dispensed and followed-up by a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM). Strut Orthotics' most unique feature is that it is mobile. All the equipment to provide custom foot orthotics is brought on and off site. Our digital scanner captures the non-weightbearing neutral position of the foot, in the same way a casting does. Every aspect of the process is computerized, thus paperless. This provides convenience and ease for clinics that would like to have a podiatric specialist assessing patients and providing orthotics. It is also possible to go directly to the patient's home or workplace. Dr. Sue Turner is owner/operator of the company. She has provided podiatric medical care in the Vancouver community for 21 years and specializes in biomechanics and making custom foot orthotics.
