We were impressed - excellent customer service. Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. When my mom broke her hip after a fall, she was discharged from the hospital with no PSW support. Since she also has Alzheimer’s and dementia, we were scared and overwhelmed.
We first tried a retirement home, but the care is awful and expensive. A doctor from Markham Stouffville Hospital recommended Nurse Next Door, and their home care team was very good.
Their caregivers and PSWs provided compassionate 1on1 home care with mom. Very happy with services and highly recommend
