What began as a part-time, seasonal, add-on to our mixed farming operation has grown to a full-time year-round greenhouse operation. In 1973 we started with 2000 sq.ft. of greenhouse. Today we have over 60,000 sq.ft., with an additional 7 acres of outdoor growing area for garden mum production. Dave and Carol Steckle's 3 children grew up helping in the greenhouse after school.
