If you have never been to the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (my friends call it short: Cooking School), well you have to try it. The restaurant is located just at the entrance to Granville Island.
I went there recently and ordered the following:
Appetizer: Red Beet / Gravad Lox ($9)
Main Course: Lamb Saltimbocca ($19)
Wine:
Hester Creek Okanagan Valley, BC Glass ($8)
This meal was a culinary delight. Pricing is very reasonable in comparison to the big names here in town.

Archival paper, art paper, origami paper, writing paper, note paper and paper cards they have all kinds on offer. For the more daring they even have the supplies you need to make your own paper. Having worked along side of the this company for several years now, I can say that they are the most efficient at what they do.
They arrive early and set up their equipment with a minimum of fuss. If need be, their bouncy castles etc..are all self contained. They will even bring their own electricity if they need to. I would reccomend Par-T-Perfect for any event where you need the job done right and on time.
