This warranty includes a 2 year warranty against defects in the major systems in your home, the exterior cladding and the Building Code , a 5 year warranty against building envelope defects, and a 10 year warranty against structural defects. Keeping your new home in top shape is an easy task, as long as you follow a regular maintenance schedule. Here are a few tips to get you started: Always keep your gutters clean and free of debris. This will help to keep water from building up and eliminate water damage to your home. It will also keep your downspouts working properly, all the way down to your drainage.
