Through the use of appropriate guidance, Petits Genies offers a safe, enriching and educational environment for children. The program is based on Reggio Emilia and Montessori. We offer most of our curriculum in French. We emphasize the education of the whole child, spiritual, mental, physical, and psychological. This education is based on the principle of respect, responsibility and community. We have a schedule for each day; however we believe that being flexible with kids will help them to be more creative and productive. Our activities are mostly based on their interest. The education offered is based on the needs of children, believing that this will lead to meeting the needs of society. We are considered as co-learner, collaborator and then instructor. Most of the materials are academically oriented; however, we do not force a child to participate in an activity that he or she is not interested.
