Have purchased 5 cars over 20 years with them for myself and family. Very reliable dealership with budget priced, all makes and models. Have certified and with full warranty for new immigrants and students as well. One car I purchased is a S Class and also an ML Benz, friend purchased a Mustang. It all began almost 8 years ago, when our family had to move from Mississauga to London and that day still haunts us.
It was a rainy day and we were not in the best of the time financially as we had an eviction notice and it was the last day to move out. We called the movers, who showed up 4 hours late at around 3pm, took almost 6 hours to load for a small 2 bedroom basement which could have been just 2 hours.
When we reached London, they demanded $500 extra for unloading the stuff claiming, it costed them more. We were in no situation to pay anything extra and they left all our stuff right outside our house in the middle of a rainy night.
That day we as a family realized the importance of Customer service & satisfaction in its real sense & what it really means.
