He showed up on time, narrowed the issue down to two things, figured out which one it was, fixed it, charged me a reasonable price and was gone in a little over an hour. I visited Stockli Maytag recently while searching for a range hood microwave. Debbie was extremely pleasant and helpful - she took her time and answered our questions throughly. After visiting one of their competitors, it was a refreshing change to visit a store focused on customer service.
While I haven't bought my microwave yet, I'll definitely be looking to buy from them!
