Have bought a few bikes here and it is always a great experience as the staff are so nice. the guys at the bike counter are so knowledgable and helpful - one in particular really stands out to me and of course i can't remember his name but he really went out of his way to explain every aspect of my recent purchase - and he wasnt a sales floor guy - he was a bike tech - i really appreciated it. my sister mentioned the same guy when she went in on a different occasion and got the same experience. love happy helpful people!!!
