Peak of the Market has grown quality produce in Manitoba for 72 years and supplies over 120 different varieties of Manitoba grown vegetables. We are year round suppliers of various vegetables as Manitoba growers have one of the most technologically advanced storage programs anywhere in North America. Many vegetables can be stored for long periods in controlled environment storage facilities. In these storage facilities, the temperature, humidity and air movement are carefully monitored to ensure the vegetables are maintained in optimum condition to provide excellent quality and value to consumers. Some of the vegetables that can be stored for long periods are Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, Parsnips, Beets, Cabbage and Shallots.Peak of the Market vegetables have the well-deserved reputation for excellent quality. Our quality standards exceed the national standards and we stand behind the produce we grow.

CRAVEAbout Mark and KathyMark and Kathy grew up in Winnipeg in the neighbourhood of Fort Garry where Church of the Rock is located. They have been married for over 20 years and have grown children.Mark graduated from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Agriculture in 1977 and ran the family owned farm for 10 years. It wasn't until his mid-twenties that he entered Bible School and then went on to study New Testament Greek at Providence Theological Seminary. Mark has also been involved in politics over the years and in 1993 ran as a candidate in the federal general election.In 1996 Church of the Rock began televising their services on Manitoba's 'A' channel. Since then they have expanded to include cities from coast to coast across Canada (See: Broadcast Schedule). Mark's practical and humourous style has struck a chord with audiences of all ages and has consistently led the ratings for religious programs in every broadcast region.Pastor Mark has a deep interest in the unity of the churches in Winnipeg and is respected as one of the principal leaders of a city-wide prayer movement.

THE DYE HOUSEThe Dye House was established in 1990 with a vision to provide the garment industry access to high quality garment dyeing services.Our goal was to offer an unlimited choice of colors and finishes in a timely and cost effective manner. By staying true to our dream, we have become the largest custom garment dyeing facility in Western Canada.We occupy a 14,000 sq. ft. plant located right smack in the middle of Canad,a close to the Winnipeg International Airport. See map below.We have a skilled and experienced work force, many of whom have been with us since conception. Owners are always on premises and involved in all aspects of the business from sales and production to quality control and product development. Our 'hands-on' approach allows us to react quickly to our customers' needs and to maintain a high quality product that we - and our customers - can be proud of.We currently operate a variety of dye machines ranging in size from 100# to 800# each. Our current weekly capacity is approximately 50,000#, but could be increased up to 100,000# a week at this location
