I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service and the above and beyond commitment that cobra has for it customers. I bought a new Traeger Ironwood 650 and after the first use had the paint pealed. After telling the staff at cobra what had happened, they immediately followed up with Traeger, and called me back the same day to assure me that I could pick up a new grill without issue. Derek and Scott are the nicest people ever. They are efficient, fast, thorough and super kind. They put in a new water system for us and serviced our well. They also came out to help with an outdoor water source that we couldn't turn off.
