My wife got into an accident on a Wednesday night. I took the car into Tom’s on Friday and they did their estimate right away. By Monday, Tom’s called me up to set an appointment. I brought it in on Tuesday and they called me Wednesday evening to say it was ready for pick up.

After someone tried to steal my car and trashed my ignition Kirmac did a great job of getting me back on the road. Extremely friendly and businesslike. I did have a small problem with a warning light after the work was done. I went back and once again got excellent service. Everyone was great. Problem solved. I have used this shop times over the years and have always been very happy with the service and care I received. I believe they are honest with appraisals and work, and fair with prices. I once owned a FORD that had electrical issues, Ford dealership did not know how to fix their own vehicle. I brought it to Southside and they repaired it for me, no problems. In 1973, Kirmac Collision and Autobody was founded by Ian McIntosh. He always had the propensity to embrace new technology and pioneer new collision repair techniques. While working at a major truck manufacturing facility in Burnaby, Ian realized that a repair ' operations should flow as efficiently as the assembly line environment he was working in.
