Steph the OM is amazing and does everything she can to make sure our visits are hassle free, she always goes above and beyond, she treats us like family. Aelynne the dental assistant is lovely and always does what she can to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Smit is the best dentist my family has ever experienced. I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes.
