Saralee is certified as an instructor in both Kripalu Yoga, Kripalu YogaDance and Yoga Nidra,Cycle Reebok(Spinning) and DrumFit. As well, she is pursuing credentials in the areas of fitness and nutrition.After practicing yoga for several years, Saralee joined a Kripalu yoga class and it immediately spoke to her heart. She completed her Kripalu teaching training in 2008, Kripalu YogaDance teaching training in 2009, and Cycle Reebok and DrumFit in 2010. She is also pursuing the next level of Kripalu Yoga teacher training. She offers weekly classes in the areas of Thornhill and Vaughan and is a substitute teacher at several locations in the area.
