When a friend told me to get a Macbook I didn't know where to start. I knew nothing about them. I also knew I couldn't stand all the frustrations I was having with my PC. I looked up in Yellow Pages who to go see. They put me at ease by showing me just how easy to use they were. I was sold - that was 5 years ago and since then our family has purchased another 2 plus other Apple products. Thanks for the years of great service - I see an i-Pad in my future!

Laptop stopped working when I needed it most. Brought it in thinking the worst, they managed to get everything off the hard drive despite it being a write off and set me up with a great laptop, made sure the new laptop was protected and ready to go. They went above and beyond, staying a few minutes after close just to make sure I was set. Amazing customer service, got me taken care of in a few hours instead of days! Cannot recommend enough, you will not get this level of service from box stores!
