While it doesn't seem that long, Mike at Crystalflow has been taking care of the extremely unusual water systems in our 175 year old heritage home in North Burlington for almost 10 years. This has included both installation of several pieces of new equipment and ongoing maintenance. After a poor experience with a previous company, I thank my lucky stars I found Crystalflow. Mike is knowledgeable, efficient and patient with our ineptitude. His prices are extremely fair and his customer service the best I have ever experienced in any supplier. As long as I've needed insurance, from the time I first needed car insurance, and now home & life insurance, I've been dealing with Utter Morris - specifically Brian. It's been a pleasure dealing with Brian over the years. It's been valuable having the same person to talk to whenever I have any questions as opposed to just getting passed off to whatever customer service rep was available through a bank. Whenever I've had any questions about my policies, Brian's been able to clearly communicate to me what's going on so that I can understand it. The whole staff in general has been great. It's a very friendly, family-like atmosphere there. The saying "small enough to care, big enough to matter" applies here.

Great location staff makes me smile all the time super nice people. Love the 24hour access and security. Highly recommend but they are full most of the time. So plan ahead they have 2 stores in Burlington but this is the one i wanted even if i had to wait ,other location had lots of units available
