I've been to a couple different therapists at Everest Therapeutics and they are fantastic. Depending on the type of massage you need you can find what you need at Everest from deep tissue massage to cranial sacral. From sports massage to lymphatic drainage. Recently, I had a massage with Reshad Etminan, who has worked with the BC Lion's and Whitecaps. He is excellent at deep tissue/sports massage. We have went there for a nice brunch and believe me every of our dish was very good. I had particularly liked the ‘Healthy Choice Salad’!! Whereas my friend had liked the ‘Fruit Smoothie’!! All the dishes were lip smacking and believe me it’s a must visit by all.
