AFK Fitness is a personal training company for those who want something different from what's offered today. We don't offer guarantees, miracle results, guilt, screaming, emotional blackmail, or negative reinforcement. What we do offer is safe, gradual, informative, fun, and a positive personal training with years of training experience from the Canadian Forces. We don't just hand out menu plans and tell you to cook it yourself. Instead we offer one-on-one practical cooking lessons from a George Brown education and personal catering experience. We focus on in-home training with our clients because we understand how it feels to be self-conscious about one's body in public even at the gym. Lastly we offer fitness clothing that's made from ethical sources right in Toronto. We are Away From Keyboard Fitness - a company run by a couple that spends as much time cosplaying and gaming as they do keeping fit. When you're ready we will be there for you to support you on your way to your goals.
Private one-on-one Pilates training is the focus at Imprint Pilates and we have the ability to switch to virtual or in-Person as needed. We also offer small group training in-person or virtually. We focus directly on your individual goals and desires, and you will see and feel the results immediately. As your body changes, your instructor will be there to modify and advance your workout to meet your changing needs. You will correct posture, strengthen muscle weaknesses and imbalances, relieve tension, and strengthen your core. Your body will be pain free, strong and flexible. How often should I do Pilates? You can come in to see your instructor once, twice, or several times each week; it's completely up to you. We will do our best to accommodate whatever you can fit into your schedule and your budget. Many clients come in for their private sessions, but also practice on their own for a period of time every day.
