He inspected my foundation wall cracks and provided a very competitive repair quote in comparison to other contractors. It was a very busy day, two days before Christmas. I had several bags of food and somehow after the items were scanned, I was missing a store bag with some items and a bag of apples. They either were put into someone else's cart by mistake or I forgot them in my rush to leave. When I realised this prior to preparing dinner, I rang the store to explain the situation. Spoke with Danny and he said there was no problem, to just bring in the receipt, even after we get back from the UK in January!
