About an hour later Howie called me here in Toronto and explained what the problem was and quoted me a very reasonable rate to fix the problems. He actually over delivered by going out of his way to do a full vehicle inspection and give me the report! His honesty and knowledge keeps us as his customer. I just bought a used car so I went in for an oil change, while they were changing it one employee came over to me and told me to come look under my car, he showed me how rotted the fuel filter was and how dirty my differential oil was. They checked all my other fluids and were actually pretty quick getting it all changed and the new fuel filter on. All done for a fair price too.
