It was my first experience at Escada, & I couldn't have been happier with the results. I got a cut& colour, and it turned out wonderfully. Their staff was exceptional, and their product are high quality. I'll be going to this salon regularly, as it is quite difficult finding just the right salon in the city. I am always happy with Red Bloom and look forward to getting my hair done because it's such a treat. The salon is beautiful, the service is good, (though I wish they were open on Sundays) and I love the head rub with oil and the hot towel as they wash my hair. The salon uses Aveda products which is my favourite!
