I did my EMR course 3 years ago and came back to renew my certificate. After already attending Alfred's class previously, I was looking forward to the renewal. He didn't disappoint with his sense of hummour to keep us engaged. He is also super knowledgeable on all courses and Alberta standards. When you don't understand something he makes sure to explain differently so you can understand. He gives you the time needed to ensure you pass and understand everything. I look forward to next course!

Some times it is a long wait. However being the patient person that I usually am. That doesn't bother me. My family doctor works out of this clinic and I always try to see. I can make an appointment with her too, but sometimes that is not possible for me. Most times I do. I like my Doctor very much, as she always listens my concerns. As far as the other staff here they are very friendly and efficient too.
