I spend most weekends in Collingwood. I've eaten in many restaurants in the area, but haven't been to the Post in a while. The last time I was there was under the old ownership and couldn't believe how bland the food was, and how dirty and unkept the restaurant was. I counted no less than 5 dead flies on the window sills. I previously had the baked penne carbonara and it had no flavour. The waiter told me they used 2 % milk instead of cream ! I heard there were new owners and decided to give it a try last week with my husband and two friends. The place was spotless (and no dead flies !), service incredible and one of the best meals we've all had in a while. We especially loved the curry and halibut & chips, and pasta. Amazing desserts ! We will all definitely go back.

A lot of our dishes are quite unique because we combine different spices from our background to create our very own. Our food is made fresh daily and we try to use as much local produces as possible. We love cooking and of course eating! This is our passion and we truly enjoy doing this as a family! Our kids are already deciding who will be operating the restaurant when we retire!
