Life is often a complicated journey, and the more inner knowledge, resources and self-awareness we possess, the easier we can find that journey as we travel along our path. However, these critical life skills aren’t instinctively known, given to us, or even taught in school. Inner Voice Counselling is a full service counselling practice in Vancouver, offering counselling for life skills and coping strategies to both individuals and groups. We offer individual counselling sessions for adults of all ages, as well as teenagers. Counselling groups are often a way to experience therapy in the presence of people who have similar experiences (or different experiences with similar coping challenges). Relationship counselling can be between two people (e.g., a couple, friends, family members, etc.) or more (e.g., entire families). Inner Voice Workshops are structured workshops that address issues of self-esteem, self-assertion and self-knowledge. We have an open depression support group.

To help keep our customers and colleagues safe, we have implemented physical distancing guidelines in our branches. We are limiting the number of customers in the branch and your wait time may be longer than normal. Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing.
