Returned Authorization Number (RAN) provided by NOVAKON. It is the customer's responsibility to prepay the shipping charges for any returned products to NOVAKON. Shipment(s) for replacement parts is free to the customer. The product replacement shipping method is at NOVAKON's discretion. All general deliveries will be by Canada Post for our domestic and our international customers. If overnight or express delivery is requested, additional fees will apply and will be paid by customer.
