At Fitness Battallion in Mississauga, our fully functional obstacle course is by far the most obvious unique element, as it will challenge members to reach new heights in strength conditioning, endurance and agility. The O course was designed with military applications of fitness in mind and is sure to engage the body in various, functionally relevant ways. Another unique element at the Fitness Battalion is our functional Log PT program, which is integrated into the appropriate camps and classes. Log PT is used to train virtually every special forces unit around the world, because it is a vastly superior means of building team cohesion. However, like all forms of fitness equipment, there is a specific means to use, move and manipulate the logs in order to achieve the desired goals in a safe and effective manner.
