Camperville is located on the west shore of Lake Winnipegosis. The northern boundary of the community is formed by Pine Creek First Nation and the eastern boundary by the lake of Winnipegosis. To the southwest, the community is bordered by the rural municipality of Mountain. Camperville is about 37 km east by road from Cowan, and 51 km north of Winnipegosis.

The Board of Trustees approved the current Mission Statement in February 2008. There are several components that comprise the total document. Each of these components is important and has significance for the Division. These components are explained in the following text. This information was also presented by the Board Chairperson to the delegates at the 30th Annual School Committee Conference.

The PRHA Board provides oversight to ensure the RHA fulfills its Vision and Mission and operates within its stated values. Individuals, families and communities achieving the best possible health and wellness. The PRHA provides safe, person-centered health services. The PRHA, accredited nationally though Accreditation Canada, offers a complete range of health services and programs inclusive of Health Promotion and Education, Primary Health Care, Public Health, Home Care, Mental Health, Emergency Medical Services, a wide range of Surgical and Medical Services, Critical Care, Maternal Child, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation and Diagnostic Services.

The Village of Binscarth is situated along the Yellowhead Highway (Hwy16), about 12km, from the Saskatchewan border. Gigantic spruce trees enhance this small village, located in the heart of an agriculture district. Two large terminal elevators are on the north and south side of town creating a picturesque view.

Vagabond Theatre Companyis a non-profit organization whose purpose is to enrich, educate and entertain our communities by encouraging the performing arts and producing quality entertainment.

There are also a variety of clubs, lodges and other organized committees within the village.Summer activities expand to our Park & Pool, located 2 kms south of the village in the Silver Creek Valley. The largest outdoor pool along Hwy 16 is located in this scenic park, which also has an interesting hiking trail, 38 serviced sites, modern concession and washrooms, horseshoe pits, mini golf and beach volleyball.Several of the community homes date back to the early 1900's with many modern ones intermixed.
