The pizza was delicious! We had a Hawaiian and a Marguerita both on thin crust. Would have given 5 stars but we had to wait 15 minutes beyond when they said it would be ready. We’ll definitely order from Brickyard again.

I accidentally found Valentin's salon on a rainy July day in 2010. That changed my hair forever. No one else has touched it ever since. She is fantastic and even pros will stop me and compliment me. She is passionate about her work and it shows in the results. I currently live in Portland, OR and will travel to see her. She knows colour, texture, everything hair! She is a gem and I can't recommend her and sing her praises enough. I always leave looking beautiful! I love Valentin and her work!

The title says it all. I am a big believer in the hand-written thank you note after job interviews or other business transactions. Most of the time, as a guy, even a griffinguy, you are given two choices for thank you cards...boring and flowery. Not at Buchan's. They carry an impressive selection of professional thank you cards and a whole host of other social stationery to meet every need you may have. The staff are always friendly and helpful too. Buchan's is the best choice for stationery in the city.

Stong's is another example of what a grocery store should be. Mostly food, lots of quality produce and fresh bakery and butcher selection and great service. I gather at one time there were several of these stores in the Lower Mainland and this store is the last of their kind. Thank goodness. A great place to buy all kinds of staples and also some hard to find items that aren't carried at major chains. Stong's is what the neighbourhood supermarket should be and their constant stream of customers is a testament to the quality and excellent customer service on offer.
