They have the best warranty on their frames you can find anywhere. They replaced my kids broken glasses handles and a entire frame that our dog chewed without charging us. Dr. Ashim Goswami came to the rescue when I had a dental emergency on the long weekend. He took the time out of his day off to help with my dental emergency. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the upcoming plan and that all my questions and concerns were answered.
