I had an amazing experience with this company. When I told their service department that I found scratches on my nightstands, they were quick to do follow up procedures and keeping me in the loop as to how they will fix my problem. I now have 2 nightstands that look as good as new and very satisfied.
Not sure what the other review was going about... I actually wanted my delivery in the evening, but as far as I was informed, they finish deliveries all before 4pm.

Excellent experience all around. This order was done entirely over the phone (a shout out to Carla K at Richmond La Z Boy for her very professional and friendly help with the ordering and delivery). I had previously ordered a Lancer recliner over 20 years ago from this store, and it had lasted all this time, but was starting to show its age. I ordered a new Lancer, and am absolutely happy with the mew chair. While maybe pricier than bargain basement chairs, the quality and comfort can't be beat.

When we bought the furniture from Techno (which was several years ago), we were only a small representative office.Since then, Techno is our furniture provider and helped a lot when we set up our existing office with nearly a hundred workstations.
