We were recommended to speak with Kathy at Jencor Mortgage from our realtor. This was our first mortgage and we were not really sure what we were suppose to do or what we needed to qualify - she was great about walking us through everything (even over the phone) and it really helped us figure out what would be workable for us. I was locked outside of my car one cold night and called them as i thought tow truck would be faster. Apparently, they also got light duty roadside vehicles. The girl that answered the phone was very nice, and instructed me to go inside the tim hortons (she saw that from looking in the map, NOT from me telling her i was across from one!), and sent a guy named Alex who opened the car in less than 3 minutes.
Price is very reasonable considering it was almost 1am, and id say the service was top notch.
