Dr. Paterson joined the Regional Fertility Program after completing her fellowship in Gynecologic Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Toronto, Mount Sinai Hospital. She completed a Bachelor of Science at the University of Western Ontario and a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of Glasgow, Scotland. She then pursued a Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Ottawa and subsequently completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Calgary. Dr. Paterson’s clinical and research interests include advanced reproductive technology, weight and reproduction, and uterine fibroids.

The Regional Fertility Program provides complete services for the diagnosis of male fertility disorders. The investigation of male fertility always begins with a complete semen analysis. Specialized testing for abnormalities of the sperm parameters is ordered when indicated including genetic testing for abnormal male karyotypes and Y chromosome microdeletions.

Dr. Trudy Strasser received her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic College of Naturopathic Medicine, 1997. She then continued her studies with a Diploma in Acupuncture from southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, 1998. Prior to this education Dr. Trudy Strasser has fifteen years' experience as a Medical Laboratory Technologist in Hospitals specializing in Clinical Chemistry. Dr. Strasser specializes in weight loss, heavy metal testing, environmental detoxification, women's health, infertility, pain and scar therapy, and facial rejuvenation. Dr. Trudy has advanced trained in injection therapies including prolotherapy, neural therapy, chelation, biopuncture.
