Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! I dropped my car (2008 Corolla) to empire to get it detailed and they far surpassed my expectations. They cleaned it so well both the interior and exterior. I havent seen my paint so clean before. I am going back to get my windows tinted and to get my car rust proof.
