My mother lives at Augustine House, and it is the best thing that happened to her, and for us. She is so well taken care of that she doesn't even want to stay with us any longer. She is totally at home in this beautiful place filled with amazing, caring and happy staff, with lovely gardens, incredible ammemities and spotless accommodations. This lovely nursery is chock full of perennial plants--acres of them. Trees, bushes and others I didnt notice because I was looking for Rhododendrons. Bought 5 for $25 each. Greater variety than the garden stores at nearly half the price. (I had found one or two poor specimens at a local garden store for $40 each.) Luke and his wife, Ruth, were lovely people to buy from. I highly recommend this little hidden treasure.

Receptionist on the phone was super helpful & friendly. The special for an eye exam, glasses, & plastic lenses all for only $89.00 was fantastic compared to the ridiculous quote of $110 just for an eye exam at the Optometrist next to Lens Crafters in Willowbrook Mall. As it is Sunday and the doctor is not in, my appointment is scheduled for tomorrow, and if all goes well I will be completely happy.
