By offering a 30 Minute full-body workout, with a new workout every day in a convenient circuit format, there are no class times. Live classes are small and they are mirror-free to encourage an intimate, non-judgmental atmosphere. Series classes are also offered throughout the year such as Beginner, Strength and Balance & Core Chair Yoga. Special workshops include Hot Stone Restorative Yoga, Release, Relax and Refresh and a monthly 90-minute Restorative class. Our monthly Feel Good Friday's is a karma class raising money for local charities in Scarborough.
